True Synergy’s Coaching Program

Executive Women in Training™ is a unique professional development group coaching program designed for mid-career corporate professionals who are on the fast track to the executive suite and for those business owners who are looking to improve their leadership skill set to become more successful in her industry. This program is also excellent for those in career transition.

The program is presented in a tele-class format and meets weekly for five weeks in  1 - 1 1/2 hour sessions. Group coaching is economical; foundational and experiential; and is designed to support corporate women in reaching a specific goal. Offered quarterly, every five-week group coaching series focuses on a topic specific to women’s personal growth and development. There are two group coaching options available:

Image Anew Group

The Image Anew Group supports clients who want something different frm their careers.  If you are trying discover the work you love, explore what matters most to you in your work, build your personal brand or make a career/job change (transitioning) Image Anew will support  you in finding and creating what’s next for you.

 

The Powerhouses Group

The Powerhouses Group supports clients around issues of role effectiveness: how to be and do better in the current porfessional situations. If you are looking to be more effective, be more strategic, enhance your communication or leadership skills, navigate the challenges of a political or dysfunctional organization or deal with the unique professional challenges you are facing in your current role, Powerhouses is the group for you!

Knowing that the answers come from within, women in the group share their goals, objectives and unique challenges and offers solutions. Each participant is given insights, support and guidance in a secure and sacred group coaching setting, in the comfort of their own homes. At the end women will walk away from group coaching more confident, empowered, inspired and more powerful. They will also have a secured support system in place for support and reinforcement.
