What is coaching?
Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses, or organizations. Throughout the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens, and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing great focus and awareness of choice.
Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future; recognizing that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices and actions supported by the coaches efforts and application of the coaching process.
It is through this powerful alliance, that I as your coach focus my full energy and attention on helping you achieve your goals. Remember, the answers lie within you, so I act as an objective, non-judgmental, supportive change agent to help you become more aware of who you really are by ridding any self-imposed obstacles.
Coaching is all about YOU! It is an investment in your life.
As a coach, I work with professionals who are ready to live a bigger life and overcome the obstacles that are keeping them from true, fearless success.

How does coaching work?
Coaching sessions are conducted over the phone. As the client, you set the agenda for each one-on-one coaching session. We will work together to address the issues and concerns that are most important to you. Come prepared to answer questions that you’ve been avoiding and find answers you have been looking for.
After each session you will walk away with greater clarity, direction and focus. Inner work and action steps are offered to continue your progress between sessions.
Because each session is action driven, you will see results after our first meeting.
Some examples of issues I coach my clients on include:

- Building or improving personal brand statement
- Improving professional performance
- Building a positive self image
Please note that coaching is a process. To create, refine and sustain the changes being made and create the results you want, a minimum of three to six months of coaching is recommended.
